The Southwest Showcase tournament committee would like to thank all of the teams that are participated in our previous tournaments. Teams from Los Angeles, Tucson, New Mexico, Las Vegas and Flagstaff will be here to play against the top teams from Phoenix. We have worked extremely hard to bring new teams from other areas of the southwest to participate. It is always great to see new teams.
This tournament will be held in North Phoenix - close to I-17. We will work hard to make this the best Southwest Showcase yet.
Here is what makes the Southwest Showcase tournament different than other tournaments:
- Team trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams.
- Individual trophies for all players on the 1st place team
- Trophies or Medals for 2nd, 3rd, and Consolation (if applicable)
- 3 game minimum. Our goal is to have as many teams possible play at least 4 games
- Consolation Brackets which provide confidence for new teams
- Low entry cost - $295 per team. With skyrocketing gym and insurance costs, most tournaments will be forced to charge $300+ for entry fees. We partner with local high schools to keep the costs as low as possible.
- All results of the games will be posted on this site twice a day during the tournament.
- Tournament shirts will be on site at all sites at near cost prices.
- Basketball Trainers will be on site to answer all of your training questions
- Concessions at all sites.
- Adequate seating for our parents. This is a very important to us. If we are going to charge admissions, everyone should have a place to sit
- NO CROSS COURT GAMES. All games for this tournament will be on a single court with one game per gym.
- Many, many repeat customers.
- Half court shot - to win big prizes.
- Tournament planning experience. (Over 30 tournaments)
